I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. The staff here was rude. I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. I have been a patient of Dr. Nooney's for over 14 years. He is a wonderful man and a great provider. Since his long time front office staff left, I have been provided with absolutely horrible care, as have my parents who have been with him even longer. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.
I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They made sure I was relaxed and comfortable. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. I understand they're busy, and sometimes they need to postpone my appointment. It has not been an inconvenience. I, too, have had to postpone my appointment and there has never been an issue.
