RecommendedMy husband and I tried Noodles and Co. for the first time today. It was pretty good! 😋 I had the Japanese noodles and he had the Pesto Cavatappi. We will definitely have to come back and try a different noodle dish! ❤️

my friend went to eat here and they have an avocado allergy, which she alerted the staff about, and they didn’t even bother to change their gloves, scoops, knives, or cutting boards. both her and i work in the food industry. this is completely unacceptable. this place needs to be shut down or restaffed asap.
The manager, Mary, gave me a partial refund after all of our food was messed up. my boyfriends food was burned, and after I had specified a food allergy, they put stuff in it that would have killed me. and it doesnt even come on the dish to begin with. Mary was incredibly rude and rolled her eyes at me and scoffed at me the entire time. let me also add that we ordered our food to go and found out how bad it was when we got home. Our order was perfect yesterday, which doesn’t always happen at this location. When our order hasn’t been correct, they’ve always made it right for us. Really friendly service.
The service was good and the food came out quickly and accurately. The guy taking my order forgot to give me my beverage cup--- but no big deal there! I wish they had another beverage machine--would make things easier
Unfortunately we have had several times (5+) that our order has been wrong. And it's always on takeout when we get all the way home and realize they forgot to add the chicken that we paid extra for. After being assured over and over again that it will not happen anymore, but not seeing any changes, we will be finding a new location to visit.
I ordered the Japanese Pan Noodles yesterday to go, I got to work and the portion was like 1/2 of what I usually get at another location. I had 2 tiny little pieces of broccoli and some carrotts, and maybe 3 or 4 mushroom slices. Do they always skimp on the veggies and portion at this local? I won't go back to this one...
