Love it here. Awesome staff! Cool dudes and pretty women. Bomb ass Macaroni and cheese. Can't go wrong!!! :)
Used to be okay here but not today. Tables were dirty and chairs are stained, tile floors were dusty and entire seating area could use a good cleaning, no one has cleaned the swinging doors to the kitchen in what looks like forever, coke machine needs to be wiped down and we didn't get napkins with our utensils. Not totally grossed out but seems like staff has gotten complacent.
When I spend an extra $4 to have chicken added to my meal I expect there to be chicken on it! I got all the way home before finding this out. Nice way to essentially steal from your customers. I won't be back to this location again!
Called in for take out. Put on hold at 805 pm as if it was rush hour. Never came on the phone. Called again and phone picked up but they didn't say anything. Called a third time at 815pm they said food would be ready in 5 to 10 minutes and I was still waiting at 835pm. There was one table sat at in there!??? I called ahead to place an order. They hung up the phone. I called back they put us on hold. Finally placed my order. I get there and wait ten minutes for food that was old. I complained to the manager that didn't even care.
I'm here presently. My son and I arrived around 8:30pm. The cashier at the counter spent about 4-5 minutes (not kidding) counting her change. Afterwards she just sat there and looked at us. I asked if she was ready and while she took her time sitting down she kept staring at us and then finally nodded yes. I work in a customer service industry and this type of service is absolutely unacceptable. I have this place one star because I can't give it a zero.
Great service from Pat and made two out of towners feel at home in your restaurant. I thought she was manager at first with her bubbly attitude and detail to making our first experience not wanting to be our last. She proved that trying a new restaurant is worth it. Food is healthy and service is wonderful here. Will be looking for 1 in memphis, TN when we get home. Thanks Pat!
