Eagan location - good customer service and tasty meals.
I went to this location last week and there was a note on the door that said "Short-staffed today, orders make take longer than normal" - I did not think much of it and ordered my food to go. It did not take too long, but when I got back to my office, I noticed the order was completely wrong. I did not have time to go back, so I sent a note on their website. The manager reached out and I replied back with the details and 6 days later, still no follow up. Poor customer service and management.
Racism is alive and well at this location. DO NOT GO HERE! My family and I were kicked out for laughing too loud while waiting in line. We were the only black people there except for one who was dining with a white person.
very disappointed about my visit today, my meal was without the chicken. I got all the way to work & no chicken.After my meeting I called in and was placed on hold for a manager never got one, got re routed back to the main number & was told the store wasn't answering. very disappointed from the service today

My family went to this Noodles location the day my husband returned from a deployment in Kuwait. When we asked for the military discount after we'd ordered, the kind man behind the counter thanked us for our service and comped our entire order. Might not have seemed like a big deal but it meant a great deal to us. Noodles has always been our kids' favorite and became even more of a family favorite after that unexpected kindness. Thank you.
