I have had more bad experiences at this location then I care to talk about. I wrote two (professional & kind) letters stating my disenchantment of bad food orders and while the first time I received a free bowl ticket (I believe it was for 2 bowls) nothing for the second. My hope in continuing to state the problems with this location is in hope on some level they will get some folks that actually care about the filth and start serving correct orders (without problems like plastic in the food, etc.) PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT ... read more
This location seems to have management issues. We came in at store open and half of the tables were dirty and the floor was sticky. I found a hair in my first pene rosa and The second one that was brought to me had a watered -down sauce. Edit: We did receive a free bowl as a result of our experience.
