The ginger beef didn't come with mild sauce, only mild/medium. Food was yummy, loved the matcha bubble tea. 🧋

This place used to be good, but my recent experience was really disappointing. They messed up my order by leaving out the broccoli and made my noodles so spicy that I couldn’t eat them. I ended up wasting about $20 because the food was inedible. When I called, they told me they would only add the missing broccoli instead of remaking the order. I gave this Noodlebox three chances because it used to be a perfectly decent fast-casual option…not mindblowing, not sacred, but reliable, hot, saucy, and satisfying. That version appears to have been quietly replaced with the franchise life-cycle special: smaller portions, thinner ingredient scatter, and the unmistakable taste of someone in an office deciding that cabbage is cheaper than flavour.
