This was my first time trying this location, and unfortunately I won’t be coming back. I ordered online, and there was a hair in my food, and the box was also half full. Very unsanitary and disappointing experience.

I used to be a regular customer at this location, but it appears there is new management and the service has significantly declined. I made a simple request that I’ve made many times over the years—to have my rice placed in a separate container so it wouldn’t be soaked in sauce and so I could control the portion. I was told this was “not possible,” which was surprising, especially since this request has been accommodated for years. Edit: Dec 2025 Too inconsistent, depends on the cook of how spicy they make the mild. Needs to have a measured amount of spice used for mild, medium etc. Seems they changed the spicy peanut back to what it was, creamy & delicious. But I went a second time and it was still creamy but felt like a medium not mild, the rice noodles I like to get we're not cooked thoroughly.
