I'm actually shocked at how awful the Ginger Beef Box is. If I could give less stars, I would. Shame on you for charging $16 for some soggy rice and $2 worth of beef. I will never eat here again and you probably shouldn't either.
I usually get food here regularly. Always happy with the quality and portions. However, after picking up my order recently and taking it home, I was shocked upon opening the container and seeing it just a little over half full. I called the store right away and a woman answered. After explaining my surprise about the portions, she exclaimed that the food is measured as always and just 'settled' after being put in the box. We always order 1-3 a week. This time unfortunately the spice level was extremely high. We called in and informed a lady who answered the phone was unhelpful and said call tomorrow to talk to owner. We called today and the manager didn’t listen and said it’s one scoop one scoop, no apologies or anything and said we can’t do anything. My son couldn’t eat it. One chicken breast between 3 boxes, one too sauced another not at all. Bad tummies for everyone the next day to boot.
Inconsistent food quality. The ginger beef… I’ve had tastier from a grocery store. That being said , some of the noodles boxes aren’t bad.
