I accidentally ordered to the wrong noodle box location for lunch on DoorDash and couldn’t make it in time to pick it up. I called them, and they held my order, allowing me to pick it up five hours later! Great customer service.
I had a really good experience at Noodlebox thanks to Manpreet. She was super friendly and made me feel welcome right away. She took the time to make sure my order was right and didn’t rush anything, which I really appreciated. The food came out fresh and tasted great. You can tell she cares about her work and the customers. Definitely one of the better experiences I’ve had—will be coming back for sure.
Nothing at all like my first experience at a different location. Menu here was really limited in comparison to online and the previous location I had been to and the only options were varying degrees of hot spicy, and it was implied that no alterations would be made when I asked what the least hot spicy option was but was advised on a choice that the server said should be ok - I barely made it through the meal and only forced myself to finish it because on my budget I can't afford to be throwing away food and it wasn't cheap... read more
