I’ve never been so disappointed by the turn a company has taken. I’ve been a customer for 23 years. And I ate Noodle Box for the last time earlier this week. All of the little things that used to make it great are gone. There’s no garnishes, no sauces out to customize your bowl… it really seemed like there’s no life left in the franchise. Don’t come to this location!! Honestly horrible food. My partner and I literally spat the prawns out. Both bowls tasted very strange. Didn’t end up eating them, threw them out because we didn’t want to risk getting food poisoning
