To make matters worse, the service was awful. The cashier was not only unhelpful but also rude. I felt dismissed and uncomfortable throughout the transaction. It’s always important to feel valued as a customer, and this experience was the complete opposite. I won’t be returning and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
I wanted to thank Noodle Box Uptown for their outstanding customer service. They went above and beyond to rectify an issue I had. They were all so kind and gracious and understanding. Not only is my dinner tonight AMAZING, but the quality of service they all demonstrated is hard to come by. I cannot thank them enough. I would recommend this location ten times out of ten. And I will absolutely continue to support this restaurant for the foreseeable future. Thank you. To all the staff and management.
