The Mustard Seed was started in 1978 in Missoula, Montana by a group of friends and family. Included in that group were Betty and Nancy Tokumoto and Betty's husband, David Hall, who still is active in the company today. Betty and Nancy grew up in Okinawa, Bangkok, and Hawaii and attended college in Oregon, so they have the unique ability of blending the cooking styles of the Far East with the tastes of the Pacific Northwest. I love Noodle Express and the employees. The food is great, it's always hot and served just the way I order it. The staff is friendly and they always have a smile on their faces. If I go out to lunch, this is where you'll find me.
Some of the only fast food I can eat being gluten and dairy sensitive. LOVE the chicken osaka rice bowl. Only wish they could open another location a little farther south. Maybe a downtown restaurant please?
We have been to Noodle Express 3 times at this location over a period of time and I have never been more disappointed. Not only does the staff seem to have a major attitude problem, they have on multiple occasions come off very rude. It's really to bad because I like the food but service can speak volumes.
Not only is the food and service fantastic every time, but Noodle has shown it's support for my law enforcement family. You can't know what that means to us. Thanks again!
Shannon was a sweet heart and made sure to check in on my babe and I the whole time we were on our date ♡ She even gave us a large drink on the house :) all in all it was a great experience and we'll definitely be coming back!
I love this place! It is a great job, with amazing foo, and we are always striving to become better. I have been with this company for a long time now and couldn't ask for a better job/company to work for. I love my store and my staff. Thank you everyone
I love the food but I give them four stars instead of five because they should give you more food for the money. They serve Asian Cuisine. Their food is very good. The only complaint I have with their food is their beef isn't high quality. But everything else is really tasty!
