Noodle Art has jumped to the top of my favorite noodle spots in Mid- to West-LA, not so much for their hand stretched and cut noodles (which are excellent and authentic on this side of the San Gabriel Valley), but for their Chinese Burger! They offer 5 spice levels and 2 was perfect level of heat for my taste, with sliced jalapeños. Finally tried Noodle Art and it definitely lived up to the hype! The handmade noodles were perfectly chewy, especially the Three Toppings Spicy Handmade Noodles with Pepper Oil. The Braised Beef Noodle Soup was rich and comforting, and the Chinese hamburger was juicy and flavorful.

Finally tried Noodle Art and now I understand why it’s so popular! The handmade Xi’an noodles had the perfect chewy texture, especially the Three Toppings Spicy Handmade Noodles with Pepper Oil. We also loved the Braised Beef Noodle Soup and the Chinese hamburger;definitely don’t skip it. Great spot if you’re visiting the Original Farmers Market and want something different from the usual chain restaurants. I’ll definitely be back!
