I really wanted to gatekeep this place but they have the best noodles in west LA. I’ve come here more than 4 times alone in the past year. They use xi’an noodles ending at hand pulled noodles. They’re like luxury Chinese noodles. The cumin noodles are the best. So unique and different than any other Chinese noodle place here. So much flavor this inspired me to try and make it at home and in order to make this you have to have a ton of seasonings that’s how much flavor is packed into these noodles.
