Kristi was awesome!! Incredibly helpful as we navigated our way around their new-to-us space. Machines are great and lots of them. We even took an infrared sauna followed by a super shower... felt like a new person when I left! I understand that as a member you have access to the club 24/7. Can't beat that. Kristi even helped us find a specialized massage therapist, who, because of Kristi's recommendation, is even going to work with us on Saturday! Thank you Kristi, we will be back soon!

Great staff and trainers. Feels more like a family than a gym. Always feel motivated and never discouraged. The classes make working out fun!

I've felt welcome since the first day I visited Nonstop.. They have all the right equipment for a full workout and everything is very clean! The gym is very multifunctional and can fit the needs for anyone.
I've always felt out of place in a gym but when I joined #nonstopfitness I was welcomed as family. Hands down, Nonstop Fitness is the best gym in Savannah!! It's the cleanest gym, has awesome members, a knowledgeable staff, the trainers are hype about fitness, it's just so much FUN! It doesn't matter if you're new to working out or if you've been at it for 20 years-there is something for you over there. Oh and YES! You read that right, working out at Nonstop is fun! Very friendly environment... Owners are excellent.... Always encouraging. Worth it to join!
I really like this place. The staff and clients are all very friendly. There is never a long wait to use the equipment and if you need help all you have to do is ask.
