I was extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and organization at this salon. I had an appointment scheduled for 12 PM, confirmed in advance, only to arrive and be told to come back at 2 PM because they had overbooked. This level of disorganization is unacceptable, especially for clients who plan their schedules around appointments—let alone those preparing for travel. I've been going to Nono's for over 5yrs now and I must say that they're always consistent and they never disappoint. I never have to wait once I walk in they are ready to get started with at least 2 ladies on your head or even 3 if they are not that busy. I appreciate everyone there! Thank you ladies for your all that you do!
