We recently purchased a carpet from Malkin's and had it installed by their designated carpet layers. Our Malkin's experience was great. From our salesman, Scott to the carpet layers it was was painless. The carpet purchase went well with good followup from the salesman and the carpet was delivered on time by the carpet layers. They were extremely careful with our furniture and the installation went well. My wife and I are very satisfied with Malkin's and would recommend them to our friends.

I would recommend Malkin's Flooring without question. Don't remember ever having worked with a business which stood behind their products like Malkin's does. They definitely are there for their customers. Their caring attitude is very refreshing, and I am spreading the word. My deepest thanks to Scott, my salesperson, and all those involved in taking care of me, their customer.

We had Mike and Elijah installing all new family room carpeting. They did an awesome job removing old and were a big help getting room back together after install was done. Very meticulous in their work.

I call Malkins Flooring on Tuesday 6/13/17 at approximately 6:55pm. The male person I spoke with (didn't get his name) was very rude. His whole conversation consisted of him telling me what they couldn't do. I was asking about flooring when there is possibly asbestos under old vinyl flooring. I was interested in someone coming out to access if new flooring could be put over old vinyl flooring. But we didn't get far due to his rudeness. If you are ever looking for new flooring - I have to recommend this place. They did all of the flooring in our new home and after a year and a half they came back to fix a problem that was caused by our builder. They are amazing - always listened to our concerns - were courteous and promptly came out and solved the problem (all on their dime) I can honestly say I have never dealt with a company like this - OUTSTANDING
