Coming from New Jersey we were concerned we wouldn't find anywhere like our old go-to Italian restaurant (ironically called Naunas) but this place is a gem! Really great menu items and excellent presentation & atmosphere. You can tell that the front-of-house and kitchen staff really care about their work and the food they prepare!
We have dined at Nonno's on three occasions trying a different authentic Italian entree each time. Never disappointed with either the food or waitstaff.
If you'd kill to have perfectly cooked calamari, you MUST stop here!
We'd been driving past saying "we should stop in one of these day" but last night we finally did and are kicking ourselves for waiting so long! The entire dining experience was wonderful, starting with our server Matteo,who walked us through every nuance of the menu. Our meals were perfect. The seafood was fresh and if there was a premade or frozen ingredient used, neither my wife or I could tell. And the check was way smaller than we expected too.
