I went to eat Thai Chicken Rice in Portland which is one of the best Chicken Rice restaurants I have eaten in USA. Chicken and rice's taste is pretty same as I ate in Thailand. Chicken sauce has very nice taste. And winter melon soup is very tasty. If you're in north part of West Coast or going to travel in Portland, you should try it.
Wow! !!....amazing chicken dish with an even more amazing sauce...We had Nong's catered to our hotel for our University of Cincinnati Clermont College business students last week and they still are talking how great the food was...gotta get the sauce here on Ohio somewhere!
People are starting to call me Nong because I can't stop talking about how much I love that place. The Ankeny location is my go to as it's close to home and work. And get this.... My 83 year old mother often asks that I order the chicken and rice for take out and deliver it to her..... And I do even though she lives in SALEM!!
Best dish in the world !!!!!! I always stop by when I'm in Portland
