The experience at NSO was EXCELLENT! My husband was seen by Dr. Grasso and we were very pleased with the visit from check-in to check-out. The staff was very friendly and professional. Valette was very caring and patient with my husband during the triage and x-ray process. Afterwards she offered him water and coffee and was very concerned about his care. Valette is great at what she does!! We will definately refer anyone in need to this office!
The staff and doctors are tremendous! I see Dr. Tran for my lower back that was caused from a football injury in high school. Fifteen years later I still get episodes of sever discomfort in my lower back. Dr. Tran recommended I do some physical therapy first before taking any other steps that will cost me money. I 100% agree, as I do not want to take prescription meds or spend any unnecessary money. He wrote me scripts for PT. I was referred by a friend of mine and it was well worth the trip. I participated in a research study with GA Institute that was coordinated by a young lady named Kat. She provided me with great customer service during the research and she was very knowledgeable about the subject as well. I ended up seeing Dr. Grasso who was also very kind. All of my detailed questions were answered by the doctor and I will definitely be going back to participate in another research soon! Thank you so much!
As a team member and patient with Nonsurgical Orthopaedics I must say the level of care that I see and experienced has been top notch. Even though I work with this company, when I was treated as a patient the doctors were very attentive to my issue. They provided medical documents in a timely manner for other doctors I was seeing and they also provided me with a back brace that helped me out tremendously. I have been more than pleased with the quality of care and communication I have received from Dr. Weil and his team. I have always been afraid of needles and was very worried when he recommended lumbar epidural injections but Dr. Tran and his assistant put my mind at ease quickly.
