Noms Fremont where incompetent meets unprofessionalism. Been a patient here since before it was noms and I cannot stress how bad this place has been at every turn. A lot of the issues I’m sure are systematic but I can not ignore the constant testing issues, unprofessional staff and useless visits, and just overall bad environment. From not relaying messages properly- not being called back when labs are in (in building lab btw) or taking days for the most simple tests to return. EVERY VISIT IT IS SOMETHING!
