The front desk ladies are very sweet and obliging! The nurses are friendly and caring and Dr. Baker, herself, is amazing! I had bloodwork done after a physical and went in to discuss it with her. Dr. Baker not only went over EVERYTHING with me but she explained everything! She gave me guidance on how to improve the needed aspects of my health. She listened caringly to my concerns and spent time with me. I left knowing all my questions and concerns had been addressed. I am so fortunate to have Dr. Baker as my doctor!
The front desk lady Mary Pat is actually one of the rudest people i have ever met. She speaks to you like you’re an idiot. Absolutely not returning.
I was a patient in 2022 seeing the orthopedic doctor here and after an initial visit and review of an MRI, recommended a spinal procedure even though my symptoms are minimal, didn’t answer any follow up questions about why they thought that from the MRI and initial appointment… I suppose a hammer sees every problem as a nail. I was also harassed by one of the office assistants about wearing a mask even though everyone I saw there was not wearing one until a fuss was made by this woman and I asked if everyone had to wear them... read more
