Illegal soliciting practices ignored by management. When employee was asked for solicitor license number I was refused. When I emailed customer service about this I was ignored several times through the process and when I didn’t let the issue disappear, they refused to connect me with a manager of any kind. They also stated that as a company they don’t make sure their employees are up to date on any license or certifications needed to do their job legally.
WORST SERVICE EVER! Literally would give them negative stars if I could. Never seen them at my house 1 time! Called the company to cancel and they said it would be $250 to cancel our contract. So basically my husband and I paid $400 for a service that was never received with the automatic payments they had already taken from our account.
