Should have zero stars as an option! After 5 years with NoMo we called to cancel our service, we were told that we need to give a 30 day notice and that our service date was coming so there would be a charge. Since they were charging us we expected to get the service, but we didn't. When I received the credit card charge, I disputed it. Last week we received an email indicating we owed $164 (service was only $129). Update: I am a military member transferring on orders. I made this perfectly clear when signing up for this service. The sales representative then said cancellation fee would be waived if I was transferring. Now I’m transferring and they are denying saying anything about it. If a Sales person comes to you to sell this service, do not believe anything they say. I do not recommend this company!
Had my house sprayed today by Nomo Pest Solutions (09/9/26). The exterminator Michael was so pleasant and professional, not only did he spray the entire basement and the outside, but informed me on key points on the do’s and don’ts when preventing insects from entering and taking up residency in the home. I complained to him about the influx of spiders I was seeing this summer and he basically broke down why that is. They rarely if ever arrive on the day you are scheduled for service and always when you are not at home, so the inside of your property won't be done either. It is almost impossible to cancel with them. I wrote them in March cancelling service and am still getting scheduling notice with a message that I must write them again after the service but 30 days before the next. They refuse to take my written cancellation notice. DO NOT do business with these folks.
Third time out and I still have ant on my sidewalk, porches and driveway. I’m calling to cancel..
