Scheduled an appointment online to get tested today, drove almost an hour to get to the testing location, and lo and behold! It's a GHOST TOWN! Received zero communication of any cancellations. Gas is too expensive to be doing this. Incredibly unprofessional. Not to mention the location is immediately adjacent to a school, so the traffic was a nightmare. I refuse to attempt any utilization of your services in the future.
