I made an appointment online to get a COVID 19 test. I showed up to the address listed in the email sent to me. The building was gutted and completely empty. I called the helpline and was put on hold before being told I was at the correct address and that the company uses mobile vans in parking lots to do the testing and that I should look around for a security guard to ask where the van was.
