I wanted to say a big thank-you to Erin, your crew, office team, and Ryan (Alberta Skylights) for doing such an excellent job replacing our roof & skylight, and for completing the work safely and in a timely manner. You and Ryan have been such a pleasure to work with from start to finish. We also really appreciate the crew for doing such great job cleaning up at the end of each day, and keeping the site so safe and orderly. I would highly rate (10+) and strongly recommend Nomad Roofing and Alberta Skylights.
Seriously the best in customer service and quality of work. We were frantic as we had a leak in our roof. We had called a couple companies that basically laughed at us and said they didn’t have time. One contractor gave us a quote at almost $3500. Ryan came by and took a quick look, figured out the problem in minutes, and they came back and fixed it a few days later at a very reasonable price. They were very busy but we were oh so grateful they took the time to help us out. We will always be using Nomad in the future!
My parents contacted Erin from Nomad Roofing to have a look at their bungalow and detached garage roofs which were about 18 years old. Erin told us shingles were still good and we could wait another year but we decided to get it done. From our first meeting with Erin it it was clear that she was extremely knowledgeable in regards to roofing and was also very easy to work with.
