I paid an application fee and was never contacted to inform me if it had been accepted or denied. The man that gave me the application said it would be fine if I had felonies or even drug possession which I have neither on my record. I did have an unpaid utility bill. Either way common courtesy would have been to simply call someone and let them know that you didn’t just pocket their money.

Visited a friend who stays here. The trailers are very close together plus there is no driveways. Other than that it seems like an alright place to live.
Nice park with great management and maintenance staff. Very happy with my decision to purchase a mobile home at Nomad
