Very disappointed with an issue I had with them. The one star is not a knock against the quality of work they provided, the quality was good. The problem is that they over charged me 600$ by an "accountant" error. Thank goodness I had the money and didn't get hit with a NSF charge. I was willing to let this go, I get it, mistakes happen, however its been over a month since and I have yet to see a dime of that money come back to me. Red-tagged my perfectly good working furnace for invisible "crack in the heat exchanger" in an effort to sell me a new one. No pictures or any proof of that was provided. Not an honest contractor. Avoid!
Damon does an exceptional job and is very knowledgeable! I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family!
What an amazing company!! I called them before 8 am because our furnace was not working and Bryan arrived an hour later exactly when they said he would arrive. He explained everything and with minimal cost and time fixed our furnace and thermostat. I would highly recommend this company!!
