If I could give zero stars I would. You can tell these employees are just here for a check. I was rear ended and was experiencing concussion symptoms so I was looking for a new primary doctor since I haven't been to the doctors since I was a teen. I picked this practice because it was close to work. From the first call they weren't helpful. The girl who answered said I had to call my insurance and add them as my primary which turned out to not be true. Dr Cava is a good Dr. He understands my health conditions and gives good advice. He gives me meds that help my pain which I can work comfortably. As for the office staff in Chula Vista they ignore my calls and leave me in pain because of delays on my meds. They never call back, they refused to let me make a appointment with my Dr . The receptionist is very rude and is no help and I felt she disliked me maybe I'm taking it personal but as months went by it continue which made it clear .I feel working with patients she should ... read more
