We gave ND some high end kitchen faucets to replate. We were promised 3 weeks or so. It took 3 months. They were generally unresponsive during this time. When we finally got them back, they leaked. It required us sending them back to the manufacturer to get repaired - another almost $600. When confronted with this there were lots of excuses and lots of blaming our faucets. These people are supposed to be the experts! I would never use them again. STAY AWAY.
Have gone to this place for years, sometimes slow, definitely expensive, overall good work. But after today I found the staff to be so rude, that would say beware & go somewhere else!!!
This is more like a clown college than a plating/polishing service, with Betty and Buddy being the head clowns. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND IF YOU DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, BLAME YOURSELF!
