Unfortunately, after waiting and checking in a couple of times I have not heard back about an estimate or if they will do the work. Seems like a very bad way to treat potential customers. I would like to retract my earlier post. There were things happening for them and I am sorry I posted on here.
Staff was polite when getting estimate and doing work (clearing an overgrown garden), but they estimated for "2 people for one day and hauling fees", with "remove roots if necessary" in the estimate. Estimate also indicated that "less if less work is done". The estimate looked fine for two people @ ~8hr plus overhead. They sent 4 people to attempt to get it sorted out before projected rain and weren't able to get to everything (there was even more to do than we all thought).
