This company must be so busy to return phone calls. I want to do business with a company who has the business sense to have a good customer service of returning calls, busy or not.
I had an appointment with Thomas, at 10AM today. He didn’t show up even after 10:15AM so I called his Cellphone. He told me that he was just about to call me and let me know that he is not able to make it to my appointment today. This is absolutely not acceptable! I don’t care what excuses he has he could have called me before the appointment time it only takes a few seconds to do so. He was not even apologetic about it instead he was very argumentative. We determined we needed to replace the roof on a large portion of our house in order to have solar panels installed. I contacted many different companies to get quotes/advice. Nolanco was by far the most responsive and helpful. Tom made the initial quoting process easy and answered all of my follow-up questions.
