They are a good and strong company. I like them because they are never greedy with the rates, I mean in corresponding with other brokers and i really have a good communication with them for the loads we are doing. I like the NTG Company :)
The absolute worst brokerage to try and work with. Rates are way below market average. They will call you at least once an hour for tracking updates even when you are on their tracking. And then when it comes time to pay detention they will not answer. Avoid this broker or charge them so much money they lose money on the load.
