We used Nolan for our purchase and we are out of state. He set up all the houses we wanted to see. Had a lot of local knowledge and helped us get the house we wanted. He went out of his way the next days to make it happen for us. He had an eye for detail and that helped a ton when seeing recently remodeled homes. Thank You Nolan. I would highly recommend!
Nolan is hands down one of the best and most professional people I have ever run across. He is an honest, hard working businessman and a loving husband and caring father who I greatly respect. I am glad I got to meet him when my son purchased a condo in Florida several years ago and have kept in touch despite my son moving back home because Nolan was just that kind of person. To this day I am happy I did and will continue to until maybe one day we shall meet again. After all, retirement’s only a few years away!
