RecommendedGoing to the dentist has always been a struggle for me and it makes me very anxious. Dr. Jackson and her office staff makes you feel welcome and they include your comments into your plan of care. And when it comes to finances, because we know how expensive dental work can be, her office works directly with insurance companies to resolve coverage issues. Dr. Jackson and her staff were phenomenal! I am a regular patient of a different Nola dentist and I was experiencing what I considered a dental emergency. My dentist couldn’t see me for another day, and I just didn’t see how I’d make it 24hrs in the pain that I was in. Both my husband and I both have had dental work done here, and we both couldn't have asked for a better experience in what would normally be a super scary and come with high levels of anxiety environment. If you are in need of dental work, we hands down recommended that you make an appointment here! Dr. Jackson and all of her staff are super friendly and welcoming and are very attentive to your needs and help to ease your fears!
Dr. Jackson and her staff were a great deal of help to me. I had chipped one of my front teeth over the weekend and come that Monday her and her team had me taken care of. It looks as if the chip has never happened. Dr. Jackson and her staff are very friendly, and I will always recommend NOLA Smiles, especially to anyone in need of emergency services.
