10/10, Mike crushed it. We had a crawfish boil Welcome Party the Friday before our wedding, and Mike came out and boiled the crawfish for us. Everyone was raving about how good it was, the flavor and spice level was on point, all the fixins were delicious, and not one piece of crawfish was left untouched! Not only did Mike bring the crawfish & fixins, he was kind enough to pick up a bunch of to-go food from Stuffed Cajun Market (where he picks up the crawfish) for me and bring it to our venue for the party. Chef Mike came out to a family home in Spicewood and served a delicious 5 course Cajun themed meal for 12 people to help us celebrate a bachelorette party. He was a pleasure to have, serving up great food and stories behind the dishes. I wish I took some pictures of the food, but I ate it too fast.
We had chef Mike cook for us over the weekend for my wife's birthday. We have 12 guest over and Friday night he prepared a 7 course dinner that everyone enjoyed so much! All the food tasted fresh and you could tell he really loved cooking! We asked if he would bbq for us the following day, chef was able to move somethings around and prepared sliders and smoked new orleans sausages that every talked about all weekend.
