oh ya know mold in the units attached to a huge bill after move out. never have a manager long enough, and he'll the rent who can afford there crazy high rent, with covid and oil field. never rent from here

Filled out an application and I had to basically stalk them to find out was going on. Was promised a phone call, never received one. But I’m sure you guys will cash in that check for the app fee. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE SCAMMERS!
Very understanding and kind management. I've seen the manager go above and beyond her role as manager. I've lived here since they were built and the current manager is by far the best manager.
They are charging me for keys that I returned but they say I didn’t. Mdu bill while I was no longer there. Lightbulbs that worked perfectly fine and an improper notice fee which is the same as rent even tho I paid my rent throughout my lease.
