Lived here since the building opened in 2001 and love it. Highly recommend. Quiet, clean, in-unit washer/dryer, great community amenities with places to hang out, location offers an amazing mix of city life and lakeside walks. Close to the airport for convenient travel. 10 minutes drive into the city. Management is very approachable and does everything they can to ensure your residential needs are met. I love NOKO! I have currently been here for just over one year. Allyson, Alexa and Jaime in the offices are 10/10 the kindest people I have ever met- and know everything that there is to know about NOKO and events. Ethan- the building’s maintenance guy, is quick to attend to service tickets, fixes the issues quickly and clean’s up as if he was never there. I toured with Emma and could not have had a better experience. Right away it showed how much pride staff and maintenance have in what they do! From keeping spaces beautiful and orderly 24/7 to being so attentive and friendly to everyone they encounter, I felt safe and like I could really be at home here. Thank you Emma and the staff at Noko for this great experience!
