Love coming here. Danny is great and so patient. This location is clean and the atmosphere is lovely, until today. I come here to relax and the lady next to me speaking on the phone speaker full volume. I had to finally ask her lower the volume. That’s not my job. Management should have stepped in and ask her lower or put AirPods on. It’s just courtesy. Oh! and it was the customers, cousin who works this location and was doing her service. First time coming in here as a walk in i, they said I would be seen right away. Picked my color and was told to sit at the pedicure station. Was not helped for 45 mins. Sat in the chair with no help and was finally addressed by the front desk afterwards. He was polite. I had Chloe take care of me. Her attention to detail was great that’s why I give two stars but customer service needs improvement.

I’ve been coming here for 2 years consistently, in recent visits the manager would comment very inappropriately when I’d simply inquire about my nails. I dealt with Micro aggressions and the last visit it was very evident how the manager viewed black woman. Also their point system is fraudulent, I’ve been doing my nails there for 2 whole years and NEVER RECEIVED A DISCOUNT FROM POINTS. Amy did an excellent job. My first time here and she did a beautiful job on my toes and nails. Update: my nails only lasted after 2 weeks.
