Love this salon, have been coming here for almost 2 years and all the staff are amazing. I’ve had my nails done twice now by Nikki, and I can’t recommend her enough. She is incredibly kind, professional, and detail-oriented. Both times, my nails came out flawless — she really takes her time to make sure everything looks perfect and exactly how you want it.
HORRIBLE Came in for a gel pedi & basic mani The man Eric who did my mani just did a nail file buff and cuticle cut. Asked if I was getting color, once I responded no he laughed and got up. What happen to oil, hot towel, massage or lotion. I’m assuming he must think this is my first manicure. Truly believe if you can’t do a 20$ service I won’t come back for a 80$ service. This salon never disappoints. The atmosphere is clean and relaxing, and my nails always come out better than I imagined. I’ve had my nails done by Mimi, the owner, for over 15 years, and she always does an amazing job. Highly recommend!
I had such a great experience at this salon! The entire place is extremely clean and well-kept, which immediately makes you feel comfortable the moment you walk in. Came to this nail salon for the first time and had a new set done by Nikki. The tips are lifting, the nails are cracking, the nails are filed crooked and the polish is coming off. The nails are only a few hours old. I called the salon asking what could be done considering that I live in another state and will be leaving tomorrow. I was told that they can give me 25 dollars back to my card because of their policy. I don’t understand how I can come back and get a full set redone but they aren’t allowed to give me a full refund... read more
