I had such a great experience at this nail salon. the staff was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable right away. I got a French manicure, and they did an absolutely beautiful job – the lines were so clean and elegant, I couldn’t stop looking at my nails. On top of that, they also gave me a massage that was incredibly relaxing, which made the whole visit feel like a little spa day. I’ve been coming here for years for pedicures and finally decided to get dip nails. I wanted a natural look and Liz did an amazing job!! I’m very pleased with how they turned out.
HORRIBLE customer service!!!! My daughter got her nails done (the girl was obviously new) someone else had to step in & redue a few nails and redue the acrylic. After we left they were so thin & brittle one of her nails pulled back and ripped her actual nail. I just wanted them to help fix them and they got a bad attitude with me saying it was my daughter’s fault when clearly her nails look horrible. This is the third time I’ve gone over a 3-4 months time frame, each time I’ve gotten a full set and every single time the nails break within a week of having them done. Terrible quality.
I had the most refreshing experience I have ever had! Out of all the nail shops I have ever been to, this place is the best.
