The specialist was nice and listened to me when I said my nails are a bit damaged but the overall - stressful experience - The technician couldn’t understand my requests and ignored my instructions about nail thickness, apex and hygiene. He wanted to use a reused file and didn’t wear gloves. I saw another employee picking a buffer up from the floor and putting it back to a box to reuse. The salon needs better communication and training to meet state standards in hygiene. That's all I'm asking for really :((((
When we arrived, we had made an appointment for the three of us, but only one of us was seen immediately and the other two had to wait 10 mins. The regular manicure was finished in under 10 minutes, and they did not tell one of us that she was not supposed to wash her hands, so her nails got smudged. They did not offer us a drink when we sat down either, and required one of my friends to pay beforehand when the others did not pay beforehand. We celebrated with my best friends bridal party and everyone was so helpful kind and accommodating to our decorations and requests. Thank you for making this a special time getting nails together for a bride and her girls before saying I do! Thank you!!
Absolutely love this nail salon!!! Everybody that works here is so friendly very attentive. The salon is immaculate so clean it’s perfect. Just had my second appointment with Sam. I had S&S with tips put on my nails are absolutely perfect. They are beautiful beyond compare. I will be coming back beyond happy with the results
Great service and great location. This nail salon has been my go to this summer and it has not failed me all summer .
