Went in with a friend for a polish change on hands and feet. They rushed us through each service and were clearly annoyed to be doing it (why offer a polish change if you don’t want to do it). They then charged me for a full manicure even though I definitely spent less than 10 mins in the chair. No offer of a drink. Expensive and bad service. My friend said she was sad because they normally do much better. The other reviews are right—it doesn’t seem like anyone is in charge so they can treat you how ever they want.
I went here today when my daughter suggested it because my nail salon is closed on Mondays! I spent $63 plus a $7 tip and upon leaving I was happy I even made a post on my Facebook and instantly started getting comments about the skin left around my toes then a closer look to the bottom of my feet I was like didn’t I just pay to have that removed?? Service is really good. The women are super sweet, and do a really good job with the services:)
Came in for a full set hands and feet I showed the nail tech a set of bedazzled nails and he throws his head and body on the table like he’s overwhelmed so I immediately lose faith that he can complete this set for me so I change it to basic white stiletto French tips I let him know I wanted them how they were in the picture he gives me almond not stilleto and gets viably irritated and starts talking and laughing about me cause I asked for them to be sharper he gave me short tiny stilettos that were originally almond giving ... read more
