Dallen is phenomenal, I request her every time I visit! The atmosphere is luxurious and relaxing, the host is super sweet, and the pricing is great. Totally recommend.
First time here, I got dip and my nails the next day cracked. Two of them fell the next day after getting them done and they were able to fix it but in total I’ve had 3 nails crack and break off. Two weeks later most of them have cracks and the retention is terrible. I realized when I went back to fix the two broken nails the lady Ly never used the LED lamp on me until I went back & had to use it to fix the broken ones. Nice place, people were nice but two nails cracked & fell off completely and about two others had cracks by the next day with the dip :/ They did give me guarantee for the first week and fixed then all.
Overcharged us for 2 pedicures and argued when we brought it when to their attention. Good pedicure but ended badly.
You cut me to the point I’m leaking blood non-stop but I’m still charged full price?
