This establishment is extremely unprofessional. When I walked in, the front desk person was engaged in a personal phone conversation. I waited patiently, yet she failed to greet me or even acknowledge my presence. After standing there for approximately three minutes without any recognition or assistance, I decided to leave. This experience demonstrated a clear lack of professionalism and basic customer service.

I don’t get the chance to have my nails done often due to the field that im in. My cuticles were in rough shape, and I left with my hands better than ever! I stopped in today without an appointment to get a mani/pedi for the holidays. I was seen quickly, welcomed warmly, and am extremely happy with my service. Everything was extremely sanitary and my nails came out perfect. In past salons I’ve visited, they’ve filed my nails too far down for gel manicures. Vincent is awesome!!! She specializes in pedicures. Takes her time to make sure every toe is looks great. My husband and I schedule our appointments with Vincent every 2 weeks. The salon is clean and the atmosphere is so relaxing. Highly recommend Vincent and this salon!!!
