I wish I could give this salon 10 stars! They saved me after I had a very bad hair experience at a salon in North Carolina. I was due to fly to Philadelphia the next day after the bad experience and found myself furiously googling black hair salons in Philly. I stumbled onto Noire and they had great reviews so I decided to give it a chance. They were unbelievably accommodating!
