They just changed their management and name now, however they used to be Le Vu nails salon. The older management was so good before. Two weeks ago they got a new owner and all the people that work in there now are extremely unprofessional. I got my nails done last week, after a day one nail cracked, and then two more nails cracked by day 3. The technician advised that maybe because of old refill nails it broke, so I said no problem let’s book in an appointment for the week after to do a fresh new set. went in for a pedi and a mini, and this was my first time visiting them. Very professional and caring from the moment I walked in. I’ve always been nervous about getting my cuticles removed because I usually end up with pain for almost a week afterward. I explained my situation to them, and they were incredibly gentle and attentive. They took such good care of me that I didn’t feel any pain at all. I’m genuinely so relieved and happy with the experience. Highly recommend!
