Manager was very rude, kept giving me a nasty look and ended kept cussing me in her language to her male friend. Yes, the receptionist was never rude, the manager was. They expected me to know the number of the nail color I did 2 weeks ago. When I asked how I would know she said I should have told them, as a customer, how would I have known to tell the store to record my color number?
