The pedicure was about average. But the manicure was really rushed and does not look good. I have paint on my cuticles, skin, and the paint is uneven.
Been here a few times and have left happy every time. Today I came in for a pedicure and Kristy went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and make sure I LOVED everything. She has amazing skill and SO friendly. The amount of care she also put into the pedicure really shows.
I took my mom to get her nails done, and unfortunately the experience was disappointing from the moment we walked in. I work in customer service myself, so I try to be understanding — especially when a salon is busy — but the behavior we encountered from the two receptionists, Krystal and Payton, was unnecessarily rude from the start. When I simply asked whether I needed to sign up for their program to check in, I was met with an eye roll from Krystal and an audible huff from Payton. My pedicure was great and affordable. I got a nice massage, toes came out great, she helped me pick the right color I was looking and she took her. I got to relax with a drink and nice music. The bad part was the removal of my acrylic, the lady who did my nails soaked my gel off. This guy was using a fake nail to take off my acrylic just ripping my nail. I was shocked. He did my nails very nicely after that but he messed up the five-star rating by just popping my nail off.
Katie did my dip and a manicure and topped it off with a hand wax. My nails look great and my hands are so soft. The staff at the front are great.
