Been going here for years. I have never had a bad experience. Mary is absolutely incredible. She always makes my hair look fabulous. She's friendly and extremely talented. Love the atmosphere of the salon. Kel, the receptionist, is also friendly and helpful. Won't let anyone else touch my hair. Added bonus Mary did my hair and makeup for my wedding at a reasonable price. I've never looked or felt more beautiful.
Can I get a manager to call me back? My appointment had to be rescheduled twice. I asked for a manage to call me last week, I haven't received a phone call! The receptionist stated "well, I told him" when I called to follow up! I have to take off work early for a hair appointment so it's extremely inconvenient for the salon to reschedule multiple times! Please have a manager give me a call as soon as possible. I've already been waiting quite a while, my number should be on file. I've gone to Noggins for a while now and never... read more
