The negative reviews for this business have been a version of my experience.
Avoid at all cost. They don't respond to phone. You can't get through. They don't respond to emails. Staff is essentially non existent.
The reason for the low rating is due to office staff and not the therapist herself. Everytime I need to call, the call goes into a hold pattern. Today this happened again. I call, placed on hold without human contact. After waiting 10 minutes it sounds as if a human will now help me, but low and behold, call is disconnected. I call back and wait on hold again and the call gets disconnected. I try a third time and my frustration has peeked to the point where I no longer care about connecting with them.
