TERRIBLE service! After going online and discovering this place that was a block from my home I decided to go and get flowers for my fiance. The older gentilman at the counter seemed annoyed as I entered, as well as engaged me in a very disinterested manor. Asking "do you need something?" worst ever Whoever wrote the last review and said terrible service was 100% accurate. If this is a "family owned" business they are clearly idiots or raised with no manors. I believe I delt with the same gentilmen who seemed more interested in what was going on in his head then making a sale. As someone who does large scale sales for a living asking your customers how much they want to spend in a condescending manor is a poor tactic. Here's a free tip... if you want to beat the large chains... attempt to build VALUE with you... read more

a great florist in a trendy neighborhood Noga Floral has been in the Tremont neighborhood for years. They have a reputation for designing really beautiful arrangements for any occasion. Located in the South side of Cleveland, this neighborhood has been a largely ethnic neighborhood that has now become a very trendy area in Cleveland. It's a perfect fit. Jim is truly a floral design expert, with fresh flowers and comparable prices. You know when you send an arrangement through Noga Floral the recipient will be thrilled.

Expensive But Nice Noga Floral Shop is a family owned florist in Cleveland. They have a HUGE selection of fresh flowers, chocolates, balloons, and stuffed animals. The flowers come in large fish bowl-like containers, glass cubes, pottery, wicker baskets - you have a large amount to select from. The store is a bit pricey, however; an orchid runs for $85, when you can get one from Trader Joe's and a similar trendy pot at Pier 1 Imports or Target for less than half of that.
