I am very disappointed with how this office is run and the people who work there. 1) They are incredibly difficult to get in contact with as they never answer the phones and don’t respond to emails for several days. 2) When I went in for my appointments I always had a wait of at least 45 minutes. 3) Dr Josh Hooton did not seem to care about me as a patient and acted unprofessionally when I asked for help. I was a patient for over a year but I am not coming back here again.
I’ve been a patient of Josh Hooton’s, with Noetic Psychiatry, for somewhere north of 6 months. My life, when I first walked through the doors, seemed so chaotic, so full of fear, and so overwhelmingly complex that I think I showed up via Divine Intervention, more so than consciously willing.
