Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Yes, they were willing to ask for advice when necessary Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? Yes, but it didn't bother me much Would you recommend this OBGYN to others? I Already Have Does this provider treat every client equally? Sometimes, but not all the time

Yes, they went above and beyond Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly!

I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. This provider has very little helpful information available online, and what they do have is hard to find. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? I had to wait for a little while. Did this OBGYN fully explain your treatment's risks and benefits? Yes, in-depth Is this business handicap-accessible? Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music

How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? There is no comparison! Does this OBGYN use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced! Was this provider late to your appointments? Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Yes Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.

I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. I felt a little pressured to buy products, but it wasn't overbearing. Still, I wish they had been a little more professional. Their office was way too cold, I was absolutely freezing. I usually don't have a problem with the cold, but I wanted to get out of that office as soon as possible. They do not ask you to buy any products but I think all the adds for cosmetic fixes was a little inappropriate/extraneious.
