get your color done here!!! – I have been going to the new noelle for 4 years now!! what a difference the staff is so sweet and you feel like a member of their family everytime you walk in the door! Amy is my colorist she does gorgeous blonde high lights and lightens my base. I look forward to my apointments with Amy she is the sweetest person and turns out the best work. ps the prices are a steal!!!
Had a great day! – I had a wonderful experience here and would absolutely go back! My colorist was AWESOME...very fashion forward and was super nice...I also and very happy with my stylist. My haircut is so easy to manage and looks great when I style it...the front desk staff was friendly and helpful and I loved the atmosphere...I am definitely returning!
Great Place for Cut,Color and Spa!! – I went to Noelle for a cut and color recently and was very happy with the results! The staff was very friendly and helpful from the the front desk to my colorist and stylist. I found everyone there very proffessional and helpful in giving me suggestions and answering any questions I had regarding my hair and color. I would absolutley reccommend this salon!!
Overrated, Terrible, Don't go – This place wants to act like a high class salon. Granted it looks like one and feels like one with it's atmosphere, but I was very disappointed. I went here for a cut and color and DID NOT get my $$'s worth. They charge top NYC salon prices without the merit. The colorist lacked vision and knowledge. He acted flustered when I asked him for suggestions. The lady who cut my hair was clearly not up to date with the latest techniques. Sorry, but you are not a TOP NYC Salon.
